Description
Tempeh is made from cooked soybeans to which a mold is added, causing them to ferment and grow together into a firm cake. Best enjoyed by cutting it into small strips and frying it with garlic in oil.
Ingredients:
- Soybeans - The main ingredient.
- Tempeh Starter (Rhizopus oligosporus) - A specific mold used to ferment the soybeans.
