Description
For wok dishes, for seasoning and sauces. Simply pour half a bottle over your chosen meat, poultry, fish or vegetables – and leave for just half an hour to marinate before cooking. There are no artificial flavourings or colourings – and no thick, sticky sauce to burn.
Ingredients (Typical for Gluten-Free Teriyaki Marinade):
- Tamari (or Gluten-Free Soy Sauce) – A gluten-free alternative to regular soy sauce.
- Water – For dilution.
- Sugar (or Honey) – For sweetness.
- Rice Vinegar – For acidity.
- Ginger – Ground or fresh, for flavor.
- Garlic – For flavor.
- Cornstarch – To thicken the sauce.
- Sesame Oil – For additional flavor.
- Optional: Other flavorings like onion powder or chili flakes.
