Carefully selected ripe mangoes and green limes are pureed softly with red Thai chilli peppers and make a wonderful sauce. Serve Lobo Spicy Mango & Lime Sauce with mango or papaya (pawpaw) or use this delicious sauce to create a sour bite for your stir-fry sauces.
