Ingredients:
- Glutinous Rice Flour (Mochiko) - the base for the chewy mochi dough.
- Sugar - for sweetness.
- Peach Puree or Peach Flavoring - to provide the distinct peach flavor in the filling.
- Cornstarch - to dust the mochi and prevent it from sticking.
- Water - to bind the ingredients together.
- Natural or Artificial Peach Flavor (if not using fresh peaches) - to enhance the peach taste.
