Description
Tofu cooked in rich creamy tomato gravy with spices. A vegan version of the most famous of all north indian curries, the paneer makhani, made instead with tofu that is simmered in a tomato cashew gravy mildly spcied and finished with a sprinkling of coriander leaves. Served along with naans or steamed long grain basmati rice or jeera rice it's the perfect meal. Paneer makhani is a popular cottage cheese curry in creamy tomato gravy. Haldiram's paneer makhni is ready to consume mildly spiced cottage cheese (Tofu) curry.
