Ingredients (for Gulab Jamun in Tin):
- Khoya (Mawa) or Milk Powder (used for the dough, providing the rich, soft texture)
- Refined flour (maida) (for binding the dough)
- Baking soda (to make the dough soft and allow it to puff up when fried)
- Sugar (for the syrup and sweetness)
- Water (to dissolve the sugar and create the syrup)
- Cardamom (for flavoring the syrup)
