Royal Reis Bombay Fasulye
Ingredients:
- Bombay Beans (500g) – These are typically dried beans, so they will need to be soaked and cooked.
- Water – For soaking and cooking the beans.
- Salt – For seasoning.
- Onion (1 medium) – Chopped, for flavor.
- Tomato (1-2 medium) – Chopped, for the base of the curry.
- Ginger (1-inch piece) – Grated or finely chopped, for flavor.
- Garlic (2-3 cloves) – Minced or chopped.
- Green Chilies (1-2) – Optional, for heat.
- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) – For tempering.
- Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp) – For color and flavor.
- Red Chili Powder (1/2 tsp) – For heat and flavor.
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp) – For flavor.
- Garam Masala (1/2 tsp) – For a warming spice.
- Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) – Freshly chopped, for garnish.
- Oil (2-3 tbsp) – For cooking.
- Lemon Juice (1 tbsp) – Optional, for a tangy flavor at the end.
