Suya (Barbeque) Spice - 150 g
Suya or tsire is spicy pre-marinated barbecue meat, a popular food in West Africa. In Sudan, it is called "Agashe". Suya is usually made from pieces of lean beef, but the spice has also begun to gain popularity on its own and has been used to season, for example, fried potatoes, marinated fish or chicken. Grilled Suya on a skewer is served with a dry mixture of spices and sliced onions.
Ingredients:
